Partner – IT Risk Advisory

About the role

This is a senior leadership opportunity to join a leading professional services firm as a Partner in its IT Risk Advisory practice. Based in Dublin, you will shape the strategic direction of the practice, build long‑term client relationships and drive business growth across Irish and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand the IT Risk Advisory practice, acquiring new clients and deepening existing relationships.
• Develop trusted advisory relationships with Boards, Audit Committees and senior executive teams.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities and new market segments.
• Oversee complex advisory engagements covering IT governance, cyber risk, ERP assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of technology risk professionals.
• Collaborate with partners across Audit, Advisory and Consulting to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent the firm at industry events, thought‑leadership forums and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT Risk, Technology Risk, IT Audit or Cyber Advisory within a professional services environment.
• Proven track record of leading advisory engagements and growing a practice.
• Current senior role in a professional services firm, with strong client‑facing experience.
• Ambitious leader with a desire to build a successful advisory practice.
