Partner Manager – Digital Marketing & Acquisition (French)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Partner Manager to lead the rollout of a unique digital marketing advertising solution across EU markets, in partnership with Pinterest. The role focuses on supporting French‑speaking advertisers from the start of their Pinterest journey, helping them design and optimise campaigns that meet their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and pitch potential new partner businesses that can benefit from Pinterest’s advertising platform.
• Onboard new advertisers, educate them on best practices, and co‑create tailored marketing plans.
• Work with existing advertisers to understand their strategic goals and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
• Maintain deep knowledge of partners’ market objectives and provide data‑driven insights.
• Develop long‑term relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to share knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience in a target‑driven, customer‑facing role, preferably sales.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve business problems with data.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts and metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
• Experience training and educating advertisers on campaign creation and optimisation.
• Ability to craft compelling marketing plans that address client objections.
• Tech‑savvy with a keen interest in emerging advertising technologies.
