Partner Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing programmes across our growing network of franchise, referral and strategic partnership channels. This hands‑on role blends strategic planning with campaign delivery, working closely with sales, partnerships, product, digital and external partners to drive engagement, lead generation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for franchise, referral and partner channels.
• Create multi‑channel campaigns that drive partner engagement, lead generation and merchant acquisition.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales and Partnership teams to support commercial objectives.
• Manage multiple partner programmes simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities and deadlines.
• Deliver campaigns across digital, social, email, content and events, and build partner toolkits, sales enablement materials and go‑to‑market plans.
• Produce compelling content such as case studies, thought leadership pieces, landing pages and customer success stories.
• Support partner onboarding and activation through targeted marketing programmes and co‑branded collateral.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partner organisations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in B2B, channel, partnership or partner marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Background working with franchise, referral, reseller or strategic partner ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Experience in financial services, payments, technology or SaaS is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, reporting tools and campaign analytics.
• Comfortable briefing and managing creative development.
