Parts Advisor – Dublin

About the role

Join Tesla’s service operations in Ireland as a Parts Advisor, supporting Service Centers and Mobile Service teams. You will play a key part in ensuring the right parts are available quickly, helping deliver an innovative customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, allocate, receive, pick and ship parts to meet service commitments.
• Verify the quality and accuracy of incoming parts and accompanying paperwork.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain parts availability.
• Review job orders, plan inventory flow and communicate status to service teams.

Required profile

• Professional experience in warehousing and logistics, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Genuine interest in cars and a willingness to learn.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Flexible team player able to work shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Hold a full, valid driver’s licence for at least two years.

Required skills

• Full, valid driver’s licence (minimum 2 years).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to operate warehouse management tools and follow standard operating procedures.
