About the role
This senior position leads the private‑equity fund accounting team for a global financial services firm. Based in Dublin with a hybrid schedule, the manager will act as the primary accounting liaison for clients and ensure the smooth operation of fund accounting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the senior point of contact for clients on all accounting matters.
- Oversee the production of timely and accurate Net Asset Values (NAVs).
- Lead department projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Train, coach and mentor new team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Represent the client and present the Administrator’s report at fund board meetings.
- Review fund documentation ahead of new fund launches.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in alternative fund accounting.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated experience with private‑equity funds is essential.
