About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant & Office Support professional to provide dedicated assistance to our CEO and help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office. The role sits within the wider support function, reporting to the Head of People, and offers exposure to senior leadership in a regulated asset‑management environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO’s diary, scheduling, rescheduling and prioritising meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and related logistics.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and act as a trusted point of contact.
- Support the overall office environment, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations.
- Liaise with senior leadership and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
Required profile
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Strong judgement and the confidence to act independently.
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a regulated, high‑standards environment.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering quality support.
