Pharmaceutical Customer Service Representative

About the role

Tanner Pharma Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to act as the primary point of contact for customers, pharmacists, and physicians. Based in Cork, you will help ensure smooth order processing and high‑quality service across our pharmaceutical portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create new customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Receive and process telephone calls, emails, and faxes promptly.
• Provide product and service quotations to customers.
• Communicate program‑specific requirements to customers, physicians, and pharmacists.
• Place vendor purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and follow up on any issues.
• Process order invoices accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Tanner Logistics to arrange shipping and ensure required documentation is complete.
• Track deliveries, obtain proof of delivery, and proactively inform customers of any delays.
• Support Program Managers with data collection and respond to enquiries regarding orders, complaints, and back‑orders.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy from quotation to final delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Based in Cork, Ireland.
• One additional European language (German, Spanish, Italian or French) is a plus.
