About the role

We are looking for a friendly Pharmacy Dispenser to join our pharmacy team and provide exceptional customer care. You will be the first point of contact for customers, dispensing medicines and offering reassuring advice to help them feel better.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescribed medicines and over‑the‑counter products.
• Provide clear, empathetic advice and answer customer queries.
• Promote additional health services and recommend appropriate support.
• Support the pharmacy team by handling phone and in‑store enquiries.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and record‑keeping.
