Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor – Part‑time (24h/week)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join Hickey’s Pharmacy in Maynooth on a part‑time, permanent basis (24 hours per week). You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional advice and supporting their healthcare needs while upholding the company’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Drive retail sales through link selling, promotion advice and product recommendations.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Perform cash handling and management duties accurately and securely.
• Promote customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
• Undertake any additional projects or duties as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑engagement and service orientation.
• Ability to listen, understand needs and tailor conversations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a keen interest in retail pharmacy.
• Previous OTC sales or customer‑service experience preferred.
