About the role

Join Hickey's Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor in Gorey on a part‑time, permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, support and a friendly retail experience in line with the company's core values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting loyalty.
• Drive retail sales through link‑selling, promotion advice and product recommendations.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Perform cash handling and other secure transaction duties accurately.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team and support office to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑engagement mindset with a focus on listening and meeting needs.
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt conversations to each customer.
• Interest in retail pharmacy and over‑the‑counter (OTC) sales.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
