PMO Controlling Analyst – Transcend Program

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson’s Transcend global transformation program as a PMO Controlling Analyst. You will work within the Global PMO office, partnering with Finance, PMO and business teams to turn financial data into actionable insights that drive decisions across the pharmaceutical ERP modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with PMO, Finance and business stakeholders to align on financial goals and performance.
• Track Budget vs. Actuals, analyse variances and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
• Identify risks and opportunities early, providing concise recommendations to leadership.
• Support forecasting, reporting and analysis to guide strategic business decisions.
• Communicate financial information consistently across cross‑functional teams.
• Improve financial processes, reporting and governance related to risks & opportunities.
• Leverage tools and data to simplify reporting and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Finance.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in financial planning, forecasting or variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
