Process Manager

About the role

The Process Manager will join the Business & Transformation Unit of the Land Development Agency (LDA) and champion process excellence across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Transformation, the role focuses on analysing current processes, designing future‑state operating models and embedding continuous improvement to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current‑state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate process‑mapping and design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Define, document and support future‑state processes, standards and operating procedures.
• Drive process standardisation and alignment with governance frameworks.
• Establish a structured continuous‑improvement framework and prioritise initiatives based on business value.
• Design and implement process performance KPIs and metrics to track outcomes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to enable effective delivery of transformation programmes.
• Support business readiness, adoption and transition of process changes to operations.
• Prepare artefacts for governance forums and ensure compliance with the BTO governance framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience in analysing and improving business processes.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills with project teams, business analysts and IT.
• Experience in developing and tracking process performance metrics.
