Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Global Procurement Specialist supports Circle K’s procurement function by analysing vendor performance, reviewing purchasing data and managing supplier relationships. The role ensures sourcing activities are cost‑effective, high‑quality and aligned with business needs, contributing to revenue growth and gross‑profit improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify trends and analyse internal metrics such as purchase movement, pricing, funding impact and supplier KPIs.
• Create bid summaries, spot opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Understand rebate structures (growth rebates, tiered incentives, marketing support) and calculate true net cost.
• Build structured Excel models for negotiations, scenario planning and savings validation.
• Develop scalable data transformations and structured data sets for commercial and operational decisions.
• Identify savings opportunities across markets and align cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results.
• Analyse category productivity using Circle K’s BI system or AC Nielsen and produce regular and ad‑hoc reports.
• Maintain electronic files for supplier agreements, ensure correct contract handling and guarantee data accuracy through coordination with business units.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or procurement analytics.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to break down pricing into real cost drivers.
