Production Operative

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operative to join a leading manufacturer in Ireland. You will work as part of a collaborative team to support the assembly and production of high‑quality equipment, ensuring targets, quality standards and safety requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and fit components using hand and power tools.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to required standards.
• Read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production line.
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or assembly environment (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and flexibility to work shifts.

Required skills
