Production Operative – Kilkeel (Manufacturing)

About the role

Join the Collins Aerospace production team as a Production Operative, working on a fixed shift pattern in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will contribute to the assembly and finishing of seat components while supporting overall production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly of seat parts, including leather work and component fitting.
• Carry out stores duties, machine operations, and preparation of parts for painting.
• Follow the production build plan and supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to quality procedures, performing checks to ensure a high‑quality product.
• Maintain a safe working environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexible regarding working hours, overtime and shift patterns.
• Capable of meeting targets and deadlines without prior experience.
