Program Manager, REECA - Trust & Safety

About the role

As a Program Manager in the Market Risk Management team, you will lead Trust & Safety initiatives for the Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia (REECA) region. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to design and implement policies, programs and systems that protect users and mitigate emerging risks across TikTok’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Produce internal reports on public perception and emerging risks to guide mitigation strategies.
• Develop and execute a risk‑prevention process for the REECA region, focusing on youth safety, hate, cyber‑bullying and related issues.
• Collaborate with Content Policy, Product Management, Data Analytics, Operations, Public Policy and Communications to identify and close safety gaps.
• Lead projects across features such as video, live, comments, and accounts, using both qualitative and quantitative analyses to detect and address community risks.
• Advocate for policy changes, define new processes, and drive operational improvements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of regional political, regulatory and cultural contexts affecting safety.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to handle exposure to harmful content and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
