Programmatic Manager – Digital Media Buying

About the role

The Programmatic Manager will own programmatic display and VOD campaigns for multiple client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all programmatic activities. Working closely with internal Media and Exchange teams, the role ensures high‑performing, data‑driven campaigns that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end programmatic campaigns, from setup and optimisation to reporting and post‑campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with Media Planning and Central Teams to ensure efficient media buying and accurate billing.
• Implement audit recommendations, stay updated on digital media trends, and provide cutting‑edge recommendations to clients.
• Track media budgets, forecast spend, and build efficiencies within the Programmatic Team.
• Support talent development through Core’s training programmes and uphold the company’s collaborative values.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in digital media buying, managing programmatic display and VOD campaigns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple projects while delivering on time.
