Project Engineer (Injection Moulding)

About the role
NovintiX is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the planning, design, installation and troubleshooting of injection moulding and related manufacturing equipment for its Life Sciences and MedTech clients. The role combines technical validation, change management and cross‑functional project leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, develop and facilitate design, installation and troubleshooting of injection moulding and manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure equipment meets specifications, schedules and budgets.
- Develop and execute validation testing (MOC, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) for new and upgraded equipment.
- Manage change‑management activities linked to equipment and process upgrades.
- Provide statistical troubleshooting expertise and support day‑to‑day operational and project requirements.
- Lead or participate in cross‑functional teams for NPI and R&D projects.
- Support engineering and plant strategic initiatives and maintain quality system documentation.
Required profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science or a related discipline.
- 2‑4 years of experience in a validated Medical Device or Pharma environment.
- Proven project‑management track record.
- Experience with equipment installation, validation and change management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously.
