Project Manager – Construction (Cork)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead large‑scale civil and building projects across multiple sites in Cork. You will oversee every phase from planning through handover, working closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors and internal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of infrastructure and building projects.
• Coordinate design development, RFI cycles and client workshops to maintain design quality and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and quality standards on all sites.
• Motivate and supervise site teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing civil or construction projects in Ireland.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
