Project Manager – Construction

About the role

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple construction projects from pre‑start through to completion. Working closely with commercial and site teams, you will ensure each project meets safety, time, budget and specification requirements while maintaining strong relationships with developers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects through all delivery stages, from planning to handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to keep programmes on track.
• Control budgets, monitor risks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Liaise with developers, contractors and internal stakeholders to align expectations.
• Oversee variations, produce regular reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and progress reviews as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering construction projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong programme, cost and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working closely with developers and site teams.
• Practical, delivery‑focused approach with excellent communication and leadership skills.
