Project Manager – General Contractor (Retail Fit‑Out)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Pardgroup’s General Contractor team, overseeing retail fit‑out and millwork projects across Europe. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from client brief to site delivery, ensuring quality, safety and budget compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise retail fit‑out and millwork projects at multiple locations.
- Lead the workflow from gathering client briefs, creating technical drawings, to supervising construction sites.
- Prepare bills of quantities, conduct cost analyses and support the preparation of client offers.
- Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, budgets and quality control, and resolve critical issues.
- Verify compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in evaluating suppliers, materials, subcontractors and millwork solutions.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in construction, architectural, retail fit‑out or interior design environments.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, clients and sites simultaneously.
- Previous experience with a general contractor operating in the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of materials, production techniques and finishes, especially millwork.
- Proficiency with Excel and AutoCAD.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel frequently across Europe, including overnight stays.
- Collaborative and flexible attitude with solid organisational skills.
