Project Manager

About the role

Mace is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction and consultancy projects from inception through construction. The role focuses on safety, quality, client satisfaction, and effective coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Mace’s "Safety First" culture, applying local health and safety regulations and sharing lessons learned.
• Develop, maintain and update project plans, ensuring alignment with milestones, budgets and client expectations.
• Coordinate design development, contractor procurement and construction activities alongside senior project managers and client teams.
• Monitor project timeframes, budgets and performance indicators, flagging risks and proposing mitigation measures.
• Ensure robust quality systems are in place and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings, site walks and stakeholder communications, providing clear analysis and updates.
• Support risk management processes and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.
