Project Manager – Life Sciences

About the role

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager to lead life‑sciences facility projects, delivering safe, on‑time and on‑budget technical solutions for clients developing transformative therapies. You will join established project teams and benefit from extensive learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee safe delivery of projects, including contract administration, invoicing and forecasting.
• Manage project schedules, quality documentation and compliance with HSE procedures.
• Coordinate complex project activities and maintain project control systems.
• Support proposals, bid processes and engineering estimate preparation.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient knowledge of project management processes and execution planning.
• Strong understanding of HSE procedures and practices.
• Experience organising and managing complex project activities.
• Familiarity with project control systems, bid processes and engineering estimate bases.
• Understanding of contractual requirements for large‑scale projects.
