Project Manager – Security Stack Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager / Coordinator to lead the implementation of our global security stack. The role will partner closely with the InfoSec Program Manager and external vendors to drive the deployment of a suite of security tools across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering all security solutions and business units.
• Coordinate vendor activities, manage timelines, risks, and issues to ensure on‑time go‑live.
• Track deliverables and milestones in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Smartsheets.
• Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑vendor IT projects, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and execution‑focused, comfortable handling several workstreams simultaneously.
