Protective Services Development Manager

About the role

Securitas Ireland is looking for an experienced Protective Services Development Manager to lead the growth and delivery of high‑quality security solutions for a portfolio of strategic client accounts across the country. The role focuses on driving profitable growth, developing new business, and enhancing existing services through innovative, risk‑based approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with the branch operations manager and commercial team to develop business‑growth strategies.
• Collaborate with operating teams to understand client needs and maintain client relationships.
• Evaluate service provision using a risk‑based approach and propose alternative solutions leveraging Securitas’ full service portfolio.
• Identify potential risks, highlight significant issues, and work with internal teams to implement appropriate solutions.
• Achieve margin accretion by selling a varied mix of protective services and high‑margin business lines.
• Deliver year‑on‑year profitable growth through new sales, upselling, cross‑selling, and transforming current business into intelligent solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in protective or security services development and management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to assess risk and propose efficient service alternatives.
• Commercial mindset focused on margin growth and profitable sales.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
