Qualified Accountant Opportunities in Dublin

About the role

We are partnering with several multinational and Irish‑owned companies in Dublin that are seeking qualified accountants to join their finance teams. Positions are available across financial reporting, management accounting and commercial finance, suitable for newly qualified professionals as well as those with several years of post‑qualification experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Execute month‑end close activities, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Produce financial reporting and performance analysis for business partners.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to provide finance insights.
• Prepare audit documentation and liaise with external auditors.
• Support process improvement initiatives and systems projects.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CPA qualification.
• Experience gained in practice, industry or a combination of both.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and management accounting principles.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
