Quality Assurance Technician (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician who is fluent in Dutch to ensure the highest quality of next‑generation voice and AI‑driven products across multiple devices and markets. You will work closely with QA Engineers, managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, culturally relevant user experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases following defined SOPs.
• Perform linguistic and cultural validation, including localisation, tone, fluency and relevance.
• Analyse automation failures, identify root causes and log defects using JIRA.
• Reproduce issues, confirm fixes across environments and support regression testing across locales and devices.
• Install and configure software and test environments.
• Provide clear reporting on test progress and results.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes, tools and metrics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in software QA/testing.
• Strong defect‑management experience (e.g., JIRA).
• Ability to analyse logs and distinguish real bugs from environment issues.
• Experience working across Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Dutch, German or French is a plus.
