Quality Expert Reviewer – French Speaker

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a French‑speaking Quality Expert Reviewer to join its Dublin City Centre office. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers a flexible schedule across the week, with a competitive annual salary of €42,667.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of client‑generated content across a wide range of categories, including violence, self‑harm, hate speech, phishing, child exploitation and adult content.
• Assess identity verification flows and authenticity checks.
• Handle escalations and provide feedback to the Global Operations and Risk teams.
• Support special‑operations workflows such as HERO (viral/meme) and DOI (dangerous organization) reviews.
• Apply cultural and regional context to ensure nuanced policy decisions.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in content moderation or a similar quality‑review role.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin for the full training period (4 weeks) and beyond.
• Right to work in Ireland and willingness to undergo background, criminal and credit checks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of online content policies and moderation guidelines.
• Familiarity with ID verification and authenticity assessment processes.
