Quality Expert Reviewer – French SSA Speaker

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a French‑speaking Quality Expert Reviewer to join its Dublin office. You will support the quality review of client‑generated content and ID verification workflows, ensuring compliance with strict moderation policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assessments on content moderation cases covering topics such as violence threats, self‑harm, hate speech, child exploitation, nudity, and more.
• Review identity verification and authenticity flows, flagging any inconsistencies.
• Handle escalations and provide feedback to the Global Operations team.
• Support special‑operations risk workflows, including HERO (viral/meme) and DOI (dangerous organization) content.
• Apply cultural and regional context to nuanced policy decisions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in content moderation or a related quality assurance role.
• Fluent French speaker with strong written communication skills.
• Right to work in Ireland and ability to pass background, criminal, and credit checks.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite with flexible shifts across the week.
