Quality & Training Manager

About the role

This fast‑paced, customer‑facing position leads both quality assurance and training strategies for a large, complex AI program. You will develop a holistic quality and learning strategy, evolve the quality model, and shape training frameworks to drive program performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead dual quality and training functions across a global, evolving program.
• Build and develop a multinational team of quality professionals and trainers.
• Design and own efficient quality and training processes, streamlining workflows.
• Innovate new quality processes, training modules, instructional design frameworks, and evaluation tools.
• Analyze core AI data quality metrics (Precision, Recall) to identify gaps and adjust learning strategies.
• Report on program progress, quality trends, and training ROI.
• Proactively mitigate risks, resolve performance gaps, and initiate corrective training actions.
• Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to align quality and training strategy.
• Travel for quarterly business reviews, customer visits, and project activities as needed.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing quality and training teams in a multinational environment.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical and risk‑management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, developers, analysts, product owners, and vendor managers.

Required skills

• Analysis of AI data quality metrics such as Precision and Recall.
• Instructional design frameworks and training module development.
