About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Dublin 15 office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing essential administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct all visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages and handle simple enquiries.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as scanning, printing and filing.
- Maintain accurate company filing systems and ensure timely documentation.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the management team.
- Uphold GDPR confidentiality standards.
- Provide general administrative assistance as delegated by management.
Required profile
- Some experience in administration, front‑house or reception roles.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Confidential and professional approach to handling information.
- Valid full driver’s licence and own car for occasional local duties.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Effective use of email for correspondence.
