About the role

TELUS Digital is seeking a proactive Recruiter to partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and business leaders. You will help secure top talent that drives the company’s innovative, high‑touch customer experiences across its global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver headcount targets on time and within budget, managing recruitment workload across the team.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and pipeline development for critical roles.
• Own the end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring it reflects TELUS Digital’s commitment to a beautiful customer journey.
• Track, measure, and report recruiting metrics, making data‑driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Global TA team to maintain compliance, data integrity, SLAs, KPIs, and proper use of the ATS.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in fast‑changing, complex environments.
• Strong business acumen with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, flexible, and comfortable managing your own workload and earnings potential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
