Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, relationship‑focused Recruitment Consultant to join Nexus Recruitment Partners in Limerick. You will work closely with the founders, build your own market, and develop lasting client relationships while contributing to the next stage of our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and our internal database.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from screening and interview coordination to offer management and placement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future client needs.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through regular communication and professional guidance.
• Develop and execute innovative candidate attraction strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.
• Attend client meetings virtually or in person as required.

Required profile

• Ambitious, driven and relationship‑focused individual.
• Experience in recruitment or a sales background seeking a career in talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and projects simultaneously.
