Recruitment Resourcer – Labour & Trades (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Labour & Trades team at SSO Personnel. Working fully remotely from anywhere in Ireland, you will help source high‑quality candidates for labourer, operative and skilled‑trade positions across construction and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn and specialised CV databases.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial phone calls and assess suitability.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of labourers, groundworkers, skilled tradespeople and general operatives.
• Support Recruitment Consultants with interview coordination and candidate management.
• Update candidate records and ensure the database remains accurate.
• Assist with advertising vacancies and handling applicant responses.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, particularly resourcing or sourcing, is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong work ethic, positive and proactive attitude.
• Experience in construction or trades recruitment is beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Indeed.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn.
• Experience using CV databases and other recruitment sourcing tools.
