About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Regional Account Manager to join its Global Clients Program (GCP) in Dublin. You will work with strategic global customers, helping them maximise the value of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions and driving new investments, add‑ons, and renewals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans in partnership with the Global Client Director.
  • Apply deep knowledge of LinkedIn Talent and Learning solutions to recommend appropriate products.
  • Prioritise and manage a portfolio of existing accounts, large global contracts, and outbound opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed discovery to understand customer business objectives and align solutions.
  • Build and deliver custom presentations, demos, and quarterly business reviews for economic buyers and advisors.
  • Close orders with a focus on long‑term investment and provide post‑contract support.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably with enterprise or global clients.
  • Strong ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders and economic buyers.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a focus on customer success and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Learning product suite.
  • Experience using CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
