Remote Frontend Web Developer (HTML/CSS)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Frontend Web Developer specialized in HTML and CSS to join a high‑traffic platform for a leading technology company. The contractor will translate design mock‑ups into responsive, pixel‑perfect user interfaces and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS and related technologies.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with design teams to convert Figma, Sketch or similar mock‑ups into functional UI elements.
• Optimize front‑end performance, accessibility and load times.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best‑practice coding standards.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Experience with responsive, mobile‑first design principles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
