Remote iOS Developer – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a remote iOS Developer on a contract basis to build and maintain native iOS applications for a global platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software that meets business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and debug iOS applications using Swift and Objective‑C.
• Integrate new features and optimise existing functionality for performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define and implement API integrations.
• Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews and best‑practice adherence.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience building native iOS apps from scratch.
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data and SwiftUI.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing and third‑party libraries.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
