Remote iOS Developer – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a skilled iOS Developer to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while building and maintaining native iOS applications that serve millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug native iOS apps using Swift and Objective‑C.
• Integrate new features and optimise existing functionality for performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define and implement API integrations.
• Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews, and best‑practice adherence.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience building native iOS applications from scratch.
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, and SwiftUI.
• Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and third‑party libraries.
• Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira or Trello.
