Restaurant Team Member – Front‑of‑House

About the role

As a Team Member at Sprout you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests and helps keep the restaurant running smoothly. You will work across the day, assisting with food preparation, service line setup, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assist with kitchen prep.
• Set up and maintain the service line, ensuring it is ready for each shift.
• Operate the till and handle customer orders accurately.
• Keep the restaurant tidy, following cleaning checklists throughout the day.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Guide customers through the menu, recommending dishes confidently.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good level of English for clear communication with customers and teammates.
• Eager to learn, take feedback and grow within the company.

Required skills

• POS (till) operation.
• Basic food preparation.
• Food safety & hygiene standards.
• Menu knowledge.
