Retail Fashion Sales Assistant – 15h Temporary

About the role

Join Claudie Pierlot’s boutique in Dundrum as a part‑time Sales Assistant. You will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers, supporting sales, and contributing to the store’s visual appeal during a 15‑hour weekly schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, ensuring a warm welcome and high‑level service.
• Help achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Open and close the store, following standard procedures.
• Maintain product presentation, stock the floor, and set up visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Receive, label, and organize new merchandise, monitoring inventory and reporting discrepancies.
• Communicate with headquarters, suppliers, and security to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for fashion and customer service.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous demeanor toward customers and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work the agreed 15 hours per week, including opening or closing shifts.
