Retail Marketing Executive

About the role

EZ Living Furniture is looking for a proactive Retail Marketing Executive to drive in‑store marketing activities across its nationwide store network. The role combines hands‑on execution, regular store visits and analytical reporting to ensure brand standards and commercial performance are met.

Key responsibilities

• Visit stores to verify signage, POS materials, window displays and promotional assets align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with store managers on local marketing initiatives and visual merchandising improvements.
• Develop and execute localized marketing plans for individual stores and regions, coordinating print, digital, outdoor, radio and newspaper campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales and campaign performance reports, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance at national and store level, delivering actionable insights.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or a multi‑location business.
• Strong understanding of in‑store marketing, POS environments and campaign reporting.
• Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle for frequent nationwide store visits.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
