Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

Applegreen is looking for a motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join its Cullenmore site. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks to optimise store performance.
• Support sales initiatives and help the team meet targets.
• Motivate and lead the team by setting clear, achievable goals.
• Maintain store standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide exceptional service to customers at all times.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role.
• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and eager to learn new tasks.
