Retail Supervisor – Experiential Jewellery

About the role

You will act as a brand ambassador, leading by example to deliver a five‑star customer experience through our experiential retail pillars. You will champion the company values and ensure they are at the forefront of every interaction with the team and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and empower the team to "Host from the Heart", radiating warmth, presence and ownership in every customer interaction.
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience, fostering innovation and experimentation in the store.
• Maintain expert product knowledge to boost sales and mentor the team.
• Design creative team challenges that create an engaging, interactive store environment.
• Track and measure sales results throughout the day, adapting tactics to stay on target.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds standards for cleanliness, organization and visual merchandising.
• Manage stock effectively and work with the services team to follow policies and maintain a risk‑free environment.
• Promote the loyalty programme, encouraging customers to join and build repeat business.
