Retail Supervisor – Full-Time

About the role

As a Retail Supervisor at Pandora you will lead the daily operations of a busy jewellery store, coaching a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Hold daily team briefings, share KPIs and motivate the team to exceed targets.
• Conduct store walks, ensure visual merchandising aligns with commercial goals.
• Monitor sales performance, take corrective actions and handle escalated customer complaints.
• Provide personalised service, use product knowledge to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets focusing on up‑selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity.
• Act as key holder, manage opening/closing procedures, cash‑up and till reconciliation.
• Support store management with recruitment, investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Handle product and POS deliveries, unload and store merchandise correctly.
