Retail Supervisor – M7 Motorway Site

About the role

As a Supervisor at Applegreen’s M7 Birdhill site you will lead the front‑line team, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering excellent customer service on a busy motorway location.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative duties to optimise store performance.
• Support sales initiatives and help achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Motivate and coach team members, setting clear goals and fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, policies and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional service to customers, handling enquiries and issues promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and willing to learn new tasks.
