RF Design Engineer

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking an RF Design Engineer to join the ATE/SMX team. You will work on cutting‑edge MEMS switch products that operate from DC to >30 GHz, supporting the fast‑growing automatic test equipment and instrumentation markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define new MEMS switch products.
• Design and simulate RF circuits to meet performance specifications.
• Partner with IC layout engineers and manufacturing to translate designs into mask sets for production.
• Work with applications, marketing, test, and support groups to bring products to market on schedule.
• Contribute to the development of next‑generation MEMS core technology for future product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude toward technical challenges.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with RF modelling tools such as HFSS or ADS.
• Familiarity with finite‑element modelling tools (advantageous).
• RF circuit design and simulation expertise.
