RN Unit Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Skilled Nursing Unit in Dublin, Ohio. In this full‑time role you will manage daily clinical operations, ensure high‑quality resident care, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the skilled nursing unit.
• Ensure delivery of resident care in line with facility policies and federal, state and local regulations.
• Monitor compliance with CMS guidelines, state regulations and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to guarantee adequate coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching and training for nursing personnel.
• Oversee resident care plans, clinical documentation and quality outcomes.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and survey readiness activities.

Required profile

• Current and active RN or LPN license in Ohio.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation or long‑term care.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of nursing regulations, survey processes and clinical best practices.
