Room Attendant

About the role

The Hoxton Dublin is looking for enthusiastic Room Attendants to join its housekeeping team. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand and quality audit standards.
• Report any maintenance defects via the KnowCross system.
• Maintain health and safety compliance, including COSHH regulations.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service to guests.
• Assist with cleaning of public and back‑of‑house areas as needed.
• Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and keep storage areas tidy.
