About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to join our Dublin office and drive the full B2B sales cycle for Irish corporate and SMB clients. You will own the end‑to‑end process, from prospecting to closing and ongoing account development, within a supportive, high‑performing sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate and SMB clients through outbound calling and prospecting.
- Conduct consultative conversations with HR and recruitment decision‑makers to understand needs and present solutions.
- Close new business deals and achieve clear monthly sales targets.
- Onboard, manage and grow won accounts to ensure long‑term customer value.
- Maintain full visibility on performance and earnings, working towards uncapped commission.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, business development or agency recruitment.
- Proven track record of prospecting, cold‑calling, pipeline building and closing deals.
- Resilient, ambitious and motivated to overcome challenges.
- Confident communicating with business owners and senior decision‑makers.
- Results‑driven mindset combined with a professional, consultative approach.
