Sales Assistant - 16 Hours Per Week

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Quayside Shopping Centre store on a part‑time basis (16 hours per week). You will be the face of the store, helping customers find the right products and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales by promoting a range of Regatta, Dare2b and Craghoppers products.
• Deliver a fantastic customer service experience to every visitor.
• Maintain store presentation standards, keeping the shop immaculate and well‑merchandised.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock quickly and ensure accurate product placement.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and a desire to provide excellent customer experiences.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to work 16 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
